Vandaag is het #Worldwildlife Day. Today it is #Worldwildlife Day, March 3.
Voor World Wildlife Day (3 maart 2021) organiseert de Voice for the Planet (waaronder het WWF, World Economic Forum, UNICEF, Conservation International, Earth Hour en The Nature Conservancy) een sociale media-stunt die bedrijven, NGO’s en sportteams aanmoedigt om het natuurelement een dag uit hun logo te halen.
Deze actiedag heeft tot doel het dramatische wereldwijde verlies aan biodiversiteit en de sociale en economische risico’s die dit met zich meebrengt, onder de aandacht te brengen.
Een #WorldWithoutNature is een wereld die niet compleet is, net zoals ons logo dat vandaag is! Op deze #WorldWildlifeDay sluiten we ons aan bij honderden merken en sportteams wereldwijd om te laten zien hoe belangrijk de natuur is in elk aspect van ons leven. We nodigen #SOS Dolfijn, #oceanodyssey.co.za en #oceanwonder mee te doen.
For World Wildlife Day (3 March 2021) the Voice for the Planet coalition (which includes the WWF, World Economic Forum, UNICEF, Conservation International, Earth Hour, and The Nature Conservancy) is organising a social media stunt encouraging companies, NGOs and sports teams to remove nature from their branding for a day.
This day of action aims to highlight the dramatic loss of biodiversity globally and the social and economical risks that it poses.
